Spiritual Retreat

I don't know about you but times have been tough for me... My entire life is in a constant state of transition. I am not working, my family is not committed to relationship, my friends are coming and going. I guess life is a constant flow of experiences but mine just seems to include so much. At times it is completely overwhelming.

It was when sitting one day completely overwhelmed that I came up with a plan.... I needed a spiritual retreat! A time away from it all. A time to think, be, feel, recover, heal.

So I called my dear spiritual friend (family) in Michigan and said how bout I come up for a visit?

She was all for it and it was settled once we both talked to our DH's. (Darling Husbands)

I will be leaving tomorrow morning (Monday) and will be driving about 12 hours from Delaware to Michigan! And get this: they are expecting SNOW tonight and all day tomorrow! YYYIIIPPPEEE! I love snow!

On the very serious side; I really need this break from my life right now. My faith, strength and health have been stretched to the limit this past year (lifetime) and I have come to realize that we really do need to take care of ourselves. Especially us woman! We seem to think that we are the only ones who can do it. Do what you ask? Everything I answer!

So, if it is for the week, the day, the hour... give yourself some time to heal from the everyday situations that drain you. Rejuvenate for the ones you love and also for yourself!

I will be back Monday, December 8th... until then go to the blog archive of this website and read some of the other great messages that just might speak to your heart!

And above all... look for peace in all the right places!

Namaste!
