This is your life today... it includes these people, these things, these situations, these places, and these beliefs. Are you happy with these people? These things? These situations? These places? These beliefs? If you are, then you are making the most of your time here. If you are not, then you are wasting precious time. What is it that causes you to have joy? Notice these people, things, situations, places and beliefs and create your life around them today! Believe it or not you have created the now of your experience. Decisions you have made... yes, mistakes too. But you are also the ONLY ONE who can make positive changes in your own life! You can begin to make these changes now... today. OK, maybe you can't change the people, things, situations and places today. But you can begin to make positive plans to work toward to change your level of joy right now... even this very moment. You can realize that you have control of your own life. You shape it, you change it and you also neglect it when you are not focused on raising your level of joy. It all begins with what you believe. If you believe that you will never attain a state of joy here, then guess what? You never will. Have certain people taught you that there is no joy here? They are wrong! There is joy within you waiting for you to call it forth! There is pure joy under every heartbreaking pain that we go through. We just can't see it yet.

If we were to stop for a moment, breathe and listen... we would hear our own message to ourselves. Mine says: you are good enough, smart enough, kind enough to make a difference in the lives of many, many people. What does yours say? What is your mission here on this planet?
