Life is Difficult

Let me inspire you today to believe that life is not difficult!

Let me explain… life consists of seconds, minutes, hours, days, years, and lifetimes. Let’s start at the beginning with the seconds… How do you spend your seconds here on earth? Do you waste them? Do you create them, or merely ignore them as they pass you by?

Life is just as difficult as you have decided it is. You dictate the status of your life everyday in your mind. If you keep hearing “my life is so hard, my life is so bad”, then guess how you are going to gauge your life? As quite a miserable one indeed!

Instead, hear your mind tell you that you are only interested in the beautiful moments of life… yes, the difficult ones come… let them pass without attaching who you are to them… simply let them float by and be gone.

Concentrate on the beauty of life and you will see your life status change!

“Life is difficult. Think of breaking up the difficulties into small pieces, small steps. And share the difficulties – then they become bearable. The secret is learning to live with and to use the difficulties one encounters.” ~ Bernie S. Siegel, M.D.

“Remember how a walking trip always seems shorter if we concentrate, not on the total distance to our destination, but just the distance to the next milepost. In the same way, we should concentrate on living within today. Then better tomorrows will inevitably follow.” ~ Dale Carnegie

“Never look down to test the ground before taking your next step: only he who keeps his eye fixed on the far horizon will find his right road.” ~ Dag Hammarskjold
