This is your life... it is here... now! Live it!

Don't wait for things to get better. Don't wait for bills to be paid off. Don't wait for people to come or go. It is here now... be here with it and truly experience each and every moment.

The other day I was doing a tedious job. I was cleaning a huge mirror frame with a tooth brush. As I started gently scrubbing I heard these words, "it's a labor of love"... and I thought, a labor of love? It's only a mirror frame!

But at that moment it was my life... the words reminded me to be fully present in all moments of my day. To realize that seconds of my life were being spent and I needed to consciously be present for them.

In those times when you do something mudane (like standing in line at the store, or being on hold on the phone) take the time to realize that you are here... now!

and learn to rejoice!
