Challenges, Issues, Crises!

Wow... I know they are hard!

Sometimes life can be so hard that we think it is too hard to go on...

I had a quick moment like that last night while trying to fall asleep!

I immediately remembered our other study on the Power of Now and began listening to the ticking of the clock and noticing the pattern of the light streaming in from the blinds...

Notice what is around you.. become aware of the Now!

I did pretty good... the terror, confusion and fear abated and I finally fell asleep.

But if we can believe in this quote from the Universe (Mike Dooley) then we can know that these trials are not for naught!

Then do indeed present "seeds of opportunity" that otherwise would not be present in our lives.

Seeds of opportunity for WHAT?

Growth as a person?

Evolution of a soul?

Start seeing the challenges, issues and crises are something different.... as teachers coming our way to show us something we must learn.

Realize that life is one BIG school and we are here to learn.

It takes the pressure off...

It makes more sense...
