Life is NOT Fair

It's a hard realization... one that I still struggle to come to terms with!

Life is not fair.

But.... is it supposed to be? who said it would?

Why are we here? In this quote Mike Dooley, speaking for the Universe, says that it just might be fair.

After all, who decided to live with that person? (You did)

Who decided to take that job? (You did)

Who decided to have those kids? (You did)

Now, certainly there are some things that you did not choose! I understand that.... but did we?

Some believe that we choose our struggles in a pre-life stage. That we hand pick our parents and the unpleasant things that happen to us... so that we may learn.

Boy, I hate to believe that.... I just want peace!

Are you here to make someone else's reality just a wee bit better?

I think you are.... I think I am ...

... and I am doing a terrible job of doing it lately.

I am lost in a sea of me...

But by doing these daily posts, my mind remembers who I really am... what I really came here to do.

I hope you benefit from them as much as I do.
