The Call 3: The Art of Not Doing

The "art of not doing"?

Yes, the art of not doing.... the only way to peace!

It doesn't mean not to go to work, or do the laundry, or feed the kids... it means stop trying to control everything that happens. We can't anyway and we spend an extreme amount of energy trying to. We are causing suffering in the world and in our own heads.

Yes, some things need to change... I agree with you there and I think Oriah would too. But how we go about fighting with ourselves and others does not feed the world... it only causes more strife and this is not our goal.

Lovingly help someone that needs it... but don't fight reality over it... you will not win!

Even lofty or spiritual "motivations" are not justifiable reasons to come away from the peace within to battle with what is.

Take care of business... but don't move from your precious center to fight the war! You will not win if you do.

Practice Peace!
