The Call 7: In the Arms of the Beloved

I am almost afraid to write anything about this part of the quote... it is so beautiful and powerful on it's own. I don't want to take from it or diminish it in any way.

"And something inside lets go"... to me this is the most profound part!

Let go of what is keeping you from resting in the arms of the Beloved... just let it go.

Holding on to our misery only keeps us feeling alone and forgotten and both are not true. So holding on to our misery keeps us in a reality that is not real. Why would we want to be here...

we do not!

In your mind... see the burdens you carry... and put them down.

If only for a moment...

... you will see the beauty of being free

and it will change things.

Put them down often and for extended periods of time and one day....

... you will not need them any more

and you will rest.. in the arms of ... the beloved
