The Call 10: Ego and Essence

Ego and essence... can they dwell together? I believe that one day they will be able to dwell together in harmony. I believe this is the point of being both finite humanity and infinitely spirit at the same time.

Many religions teach that the ego must be conquored, some even killed.

But what if this is not true? What if as the bible says, "the lion will lay down with the lamb"?

I wait for this day... I yearn for this day... peace will finally come to man!

Oriah includes this poem in her book to communicate to us that this wonder of being human is grand...

may we regain it and truly live.
