Believe in YOU!

I am here to tell you this: if you don't believe in yourself you will have a hard time getting anyone else to!

Many of us were raised by people who did not or could not believe in us... thus our inability to do so.

But get this... we can change all that... with the power of our minds!

Actually, what you believe is what you tell your mind to accept as truth. So if you tell you mind to believe in you, that you are worthy to be believed in... then guess what? You will!

It takes practice... it takes time... but like any habit... you will come to accept it.

So today... believe in you... and tomorrow... believe in you... and the next day... and the next day!
