The Beauty in Each of Us

There is beauty in me.

There is beauty in you.

I may not be able to see it in every moment, but that does not mean that it is not there!

The dualality in this world upsets me sometimes:

Love/hate

Caring/despising

black/white

Hot/cold

We spend so much energy and time reacting to these that we miss the point of being here!

Which is practicing peace.

If only we did have rose colored glasses we could wear!

Oh.... I forgot... we do.... it's called our mind!
