Create with the brush of your heart

We are all the time creating! Yes, every moment that we breath.

We create heaven or hell for ourselves and those around us.

We do this with words, facial expressions, actions and deeds.

Most of the time we are creating unconsciously. We don't even realize that we are creating.

We say things, do things without thinking... thus we create haphazardly.

Sometimes we are bent on destroying... we are hurt and feel the need to protect ourselves.

Sometimes we are over flowing with warmth and love... like when we get to hold an infant.

All the while we are creating... creating the moments of our own lives and the lives of others.

Let's resolve to try to consciously create our experience here now!

If we don't ... someday we may regret not making the right choices about how we live our lives.

"Create masterpieces with the brush of your heart"; you will find joy and little regret at the end of the line!
