Observe the Rhythm

This may sound like nonsense to you... but Tolle is being quite serious.
The best time to feel what he is talking about is when you are upset.
Stop and feel the air moving inside and outside of your body.
Observe the rhythm of your breath. See how it goes in and out regardless of how you feel.
Like the ocean that never stops for anyone... your breath does the same.
"Allow everything to be, within and without"
Just for a moment don't try to change a thing. Leave everything as it is.
Now you can rest. Now you can breath. Now you can have peace.
The "isness" is... whether we continue to fight with it or not.
See the beauty of stopping the war inside yourself.
