Present in the Now

This is my goal! Well, at least I know what I am shooting for and if it takes my entire lifetime to achieve this one thing... then my life was worthwhile!

All negativity to dissolve instantly... and why would it... because we are so much more then we have ever thought possible. Because we are co-creators with the Universe and we don't even know it. Because in the now there is no true negativity. You are breathing, you are alive, you are an eternal being and this now is but one blink of a dream.

This quote by Tolle summarizes this entire study of his book, The Power of Now.

Get used to the idea that you are much more then you think you are...

Get used to thinking of past, present and future being all one and the same thing... Now.

Get used to controlling the thoughts that bounce around in your head.

Get used to the silence that is really all there is.
