Mental Noise

We all know what noise Tolle is talking about... you hear it right now!
:-)
Honestly, if you don't find a few minutes a day to just Be, you might go nuts.
I know -- I am there... but usually I find a few minutes here and a few minutes there to just sit and not think. It is very relaxing and gives the mind a needed rest!
So, the next time you are driving home, standing in line, in the shower... check yourself and try to relax your mind.
The peace is in the Being... it takes practice!
