Complaining

Complaining only hurts YOU! I know it feels good... it does to me too. But ultimately complaining only makes things worse.

Acceptance is the key to peace... the Buddha would say.

You may need to change some things about your life... then do it. Afterward... practice acceptance.

When you accept what is your mind ceases to commit the eternal battle between what you want and what you have!

When this battle is stopped... the conqueror peace can come in like a flood and finally give you rest.

To complain only reaffirms to you that you do not have what you want. This sends conflict and chaos to the mind and peace is a long distance friend...

So, as Tolle says, catch yourself complaining and then, if possible, just accept what is. Keep doing this until it becomes a habit with you.

You will begin to notice the difference it makes in your life.
