Brief Visits

I love this quote!!!! Because we can't live in the past no matter how much we think some experience has hurt or changed us...

If we continue to live in the past we will only to continue to degrade the wonderful, magnificent, spiritual being we truly are!

Our past is just that... our past. It taught us things we needed to know... about ourselves and others. But we can't keep rein acting the past over and over again in our minds and destroy the peace we could be having NOW!

I know all about this part because I have been there and done it.

But I did find release ... after time.

Rather then living from our past let's live from our NOW! Now is what is real... now is what is here. Don't destroy it by repeatedly living in it... please hear me!

We also can't live from our future. Worry as much as we can about it we can do now... but why go there? Why live there?

Pay brief visits to the past and to the future and choose to dwell in the NOW... it is the path to peace!
