Every Time You Walk

Hello everyone! I hope this post finds you happy to be in the Now and at peace with what is. I am back from my week off and ready to start the Power of Now study again! First though, I would like to get you to visit the joyuslion.com website soon! We have a whole new look! I made a new banner (complete with 38 layers in PhotoShop) and included my two fav colors: Yellow and Orange. Please visit www.joyuslion.com.

The study we are doing is from Eckhart Tolle's book, The Power of Now. The photographs I have included on the pages of this study are my own from Longwood Gardens, PA.  Enjoy and share what you learn with those you love.

Well, let us find something we do regularly to remind us of being present...

Walking up stairs could be it...

Even if you don't really go up any stairs, certainly you have to step up somewhere... even if it is a curb!

ok, I am grasping at straws here but what Tolle is trying to do is make us aware, by some daily reminders, of our presence.

If we just float along from day to day never really conscious that we are here... now...

Then our lives will pass us by before we realise we were never really present to consciously live it!!!!

Find a little daily reminder... something that you do almost everyday... to remind you that you are here... to help you plan your time consciously... even if it is just a few minutes a day at first.

Only you can live your life... only you can make yourself become aware of living... only you can bring about changes that can make your life peaceful!

Only you....

Namaste
