Permanent Connectedness

I know... here we go again. But repeating is useful and here Tolle gives us even more information.

To feel your inner body... why does he use the inner body to center us?

Because it is with us all the time! We don't have to look for it... it is here and it is always working and we can come back to the Now by noticing it!

The best way to feel your inner body is by breathing. You can feel the air go in and out. This is automatic... yet it is what keeps up alive.

We can use this automatic function of our bodies to bring us back to the Now!

Tolle says "this will rapidly deepen and transform your life"... I don't know about you - but I could use that!

Then he talks about the frequency of our body's vibration. This sounds confusing but if you remember that mind, body, and spirit are connected for us here in this reality it becomes easier to understand. Lift the vibration of one... lift the vibration of all.

We are winding down our study of Tolle's Power of Now quotes... the repeating is for our benefit.

My husband reads my posts and commented yesterday that it all sounds nice, but putting it to use is the hard part.

I told him that it does take remembering the principles and applying them to begin to change what you allow your mind to think.

When I get upset sometimes I crack myself up because I will hear: put a gap in it!

This reminds me to stop my thinking pattern and put a gap (or a break) in the thoughts in place so I again can regain control of what goes running around in my head!

It is as simple as looking out the window and noticing what is out there!

Everything worthwhile takes work... for me it is worth it in my pursuit of peace....

Practice it!
