Be Aware of the Space

Listen to the sounds... Listen to the silence...  touch something... anything.

These are things we can do to bring ourselves to the Now!

Anytime... anywhere... in any situation you can use this knowledge to calm you down... to give you time... to react to someone with a controlled response.

When you see your mind taking over and you hear things coming out of your mouth that are really not you... remember this website post... put a gap in it... listen to the sounds, touch something! Anything! Just stop the pre-programmed flow of your mind and give yourself the beauty and grace of being in the Now... of acting or reacting from the Now.

It is simple... our minds try to convince us that it is complex... it isn't!

It is as simple as listening...

as simple as seeing...

as simple as touching...

What it all boils now to is noticing something in the Now to bring you back to it! Try it... it works!
