Silence

Hmmmmmm.... silence... who thought it could be that important?

Tolle says it is an "easy and direct way of becoming present".

I don't know about you but I need "easy" and "direct". Mostly because I have a hard to grasping difficult stuff.

I think this is such a probable way is because in silence there is nothing... no sound, not even any thought if you do it right!

Find some time today to notice the silence...

... and when you do, don't ruin it by thinking!

:-)
