Make it a Habit

Happy Monday to all! This is our last week of The Power of Now quotes!
Next week we will be starting something that is changing my life... I hope you will like it too!
But for today... how is your mental-emotional state right now?
Make it a habit to find out...
Not just when you are at rest... or alone... but ask yourself this when you are upset... confused... or hurt.
Knowing what's going on inside of you will help you to regulate your thoughts and emotions.
When my husband and I went to marriage counseling the one thing I learned more then anything was this: do something different!
DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT!
How has what you have been doing working for you?
If you keep getting results you are not happy with (and I do all the time) do something different!
Talk to him or let him have some space or cry if you don't or don't if you do...
Try something different if you want a different result.
And that starts with knowing what is going on inside of you!
So.... take a look... how are you doing? How are you feeling? What are you thinking?
Self observation... the path to peace.
