If a Resonse is Required

I have to make a big decision...

Part of me is afraid.

I am seeking wisdom from doctors.

And I read these words today: become still and present... withdraw consciousness from the mind... and the answer or action will come.

As I think about it, this sounds very similar to the Christian's prayer. Turn it over to God and you will know the answer.

Sometimes things are hard. Some decisions are even harder. What can we do to find clarity?

Become still....

In becoming still all the fearful thoughts and the "what if's" drift away... leaving us a space of freedom to just KNOW!

If we can't become still... we can only make decisions from the chaotic confused mess running around in our heads.

I don't know about you but I have been there and done this all of my life... what I want know is WISDOM and CLARITY.

In stillness you will find it!
